CHRISTMAS BLING BLING!

I am always searching for Christmas
jewelry that doesn't look gaudy and
cheap. Some Christmas jewelry
falls into the ugly Christmas sweater category. I have a few pieces of holiday jewelry that doesn't look to bad. It wasn't easy to find.  I am a little too old to have jingle bells and little stocking dangling from my ears! I avoid the necklaces with the big red bells,  the flashing bulb ornament, or reindeer antlers.


I have a collection of Christmas brooches and pins that I like.  I have to be careful what types of clothing that I pin them on. The closures on the back of my vintage brooches and pins are fragile. I don't want
them to get dangled into my sweaters or
scarves.

  I didn't want to acknowledge that I was  getting older.I got offended when store clerks said, Yes ma'am".  I realized that age 40 was old to most young people. SPANISH LLADRO ANGEL FIGURINES SENIOR MOMENT COLLECTIBLES (SMC) I began collecting angels after  I saw an article in the guide post  magazine. The lady had a picture of her angel collection on the first page. I thought this was a great  hobby. Now I have three curio cabinets full of angels. My husband realized I was  a serious about my angel collection. He began buying me beautiful angels for my Christmas present.  He even  bought me the curio cabinets to put them in.  I even had friends who collected  frogs, elephants, penguins, and sock monkeys. We helped each  other hunt for collectibles.Some of them bought me angels when  they traveled overseas. I have   beautiful angels from Africa and Hawaii because of my traveling friends. I love wearing jeans. They are  more enjoyable when they fit well. They flatter your figure. I am very envious when I see  a classy senior lady looking good in her denim outfit. I  have seen that crisp white  shirt, flattering jeans and a nice pair of boots. I was inspired to put more effort  into my attire after I saw a jeans show on Rachel Ray show.  Her guest explained that you have to find the correct jeans for your  body type.  I know they make  skinny jeans to fit every woman, but I must pass on this style.
