THE BOBBY PIN THING!

I have a collection of all kinds of hair 
accessories. This is a necessity when 
you've changed hairstyles many times. 

I always loved wearing bobby pins even 
though this trend has come and gone
through the years. I'm too old to care
about trends. I wear what I like! I even
have bobby pins with gems, animals, 
and flowers. 

Bobby pins are good to have on hand for 
emergencies. They come in handy when 
you need to tame loose strands of hair, 
My ponytails and updos have been coiffed
with multiple bobby pins.  I saw  a hair 
stylist  use bobby pins to add in 
extensions to her client's hair. I have 
salt and pepper grey hair now, so I use
grey bobby pins. 






Colored bobby pins also had flair to 
natural hairstyles like afros, braids, 
and kinky twists. I have seen
elegant bobby pins worn by women at 
weddings and other formal occasions.

SPANISH LLADRO ANGEL FIGURINES SENIOR MOMENT COLLECTIBLES (SMC) I began collecting angels after  I saw an article in the guide post  magazine. The lady had a picture of her angel collection on the first page. I thought this was a great  hobby. Now I have three curio cabinets full of angels. My husband realized I was  a serious about my angel collection. He began buying me beautiful angels for my Christmas present.  He even  bought me the curio cabinets to put them in.  I even had friends who collected  frogs, elephants, penguins, and sock monkeys. We helped each  other hunt for collectibles.Some of them bought me angels when  they traveled overseas. I have   beautiful angels from Africa and Hawaii because of my traveling friends. I love wearing jeans. They are  more enjoyable when they fit well. They flatter your figure. I am very envious when I see  a classy senior lady looking good in her denim outfit. I  have seen that crisp white  shirt, flattering jeans and a nice pair of boots. I was inspired to put more effort  into my attire after I saw a jeans show on Rachel Ray show.  Her guest explained that you have to find the correct jeans for your  body type.  I know they make  skinny jeans to fit every woman, but I must pass on this style.
