SENIOR LADY: FOOD OF LOVE: VALENTINE'S DAY, #2

The meals I listed in, Senior Lady: Food of Love: Valentine's Day, are easy to prepare. Most of the ingredients aren't expensive. The T-bone steak will be costly. However, it'll cost much less than a steak dinner at a restaurant. Here are the recipes for some of the entees and desserts for "Man Food." RANCH CHEESY POTATOES NEED: (2) Cans Sliced Potatoes, (Drained, well) Small Onion, (thinly sliced) 3-4 oz bag, Real Bacon Pieces, 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing, 1 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, (Shredded) 1-2 Tablespoons Dried Chives, (For Garnish) Preheat oven 400 temp. In large bowl, mix potatoes, onions, ranch dressing, & bacon pieces. Place the ingredients in greased 9x9 pan/dish. Bake 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on potatoes. Broil 2-3 minutes.
