SENIOR LADY QUICK MEALS, PART 2
https://www.countryliving.com/ I am sharing recipes for quick meals using items from Dollar Stores and my local grocery store. The meals serve one or two people. Most of these meals can be prepared in about 30 minutes. Meatball Sub: Need: Hot dog or Sub bun, 4 meatballs, 1/2 cup pasta sauce, 3 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese. Directions: Cook meatballs, and pasta sauce, on medium in a pan until meatballs have unthawed and heated through. The sauce should be bubbly. Place meat sauce into the bun and sprinkle with cheese. Tip: Reserve rest of pasta sauce and bag of cheese for pizza recipe give below. PEPPERONI PIZZA Need 12 inch Pre-baked thin pizza crust, pasta sauce, pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese Directions: Spread enough pasta sauce to cover surface of pizza crust.
