https://www.theguardian.com/ I've been feeling tired for the past two weeks.  I am not so fatigued that I can't function.  I just hate to get up from a nap and feel like  I  have just plowed  a garden.  My daily routine hasn't changed- So what's up?! I was thumbing through my monthly AARP magazine. My primary  healthcare team sent me email instructions- call before coming to the doctor's office. The last time I was there in February,  people with the flu were everywhere. I wonder if I am the only Senior that feels belittled by  the ad labeling Seniors as the  "HIGH RISK" category.  While it is true that COVID-19  may be deadly to a  Senior, we  are not the only ones. I feel that this ad may be giving other age groups a false sense of security. Some young  people may be thinking,  they don't have to be careful. Wearing  a mask and social distancing  is just for old people! Unprotected young people ( I am talking about people under age 65) who are coughing, holding hands,  and hanging out at cook-outs with their friends.  Some symptom-free "Baby Boomers" and  "Millenials" may be sharing more than  love with their family members. I would feel better if the ad said,  " High- Risk Seniors, Baby Boomers, and Millenials  all need to practice handwashing, wearing  masks, and social distancing! Let me say something else, while

I am a concerned senior lady who wonders  if common sense  and logical thinking still exist.  The actions of countries,  some  state governments, and some people baffle me! There are still some  conspiracy theorist that think the  COVID-19 Pandemic is a hoax! There are scammers that are trying to make money off  this Virus by selling non-existent masks and gloves. Some are even selling fake cures for this Virus.  I'll admit that listening to the nightly news showing all the dead bodies and chronically ill hospitalized people is a fearful sight. The daily stats for COVID-19 cases in the USA are mind-boggling.  Some people are upset when a store will not let them enter their store without wearing a mask. Some  people are marching because their government will not open up businesses so they can shop or  sit down  and eat in restaurants.  a few state governments relented  and loos

I went to buy more garden supplies last week.  I  strolled by the bird  feeder section.  There were a lot of interesting looking hummingbird feeders. These  feeders had different features. I didn't know which ones were the best. i needed to  do  some research the best hummingbird feeders. I have to replace my hummingbird feeders each year because the sun really damages them. The red color  has turned into a pale pink by the end of the summer. The inside of the nectar bulb looks pretty nasty in spite of several cleanings.  This is  why I stopped buying the expensive feeders.  The  dollars stores had  decent hummingbird feeders which were easy to disassemble for cleaning. They had yellow  bee guards and nice sized hooks for hanging. I recently noticed an army of  large  ants marching around my hummingbird feeders.
