I love to cook and bake. My food servings have changed.
I no longer have a family of four to cook for. The "empty
nester" now describes my persona. I only prepare
large meals during the holidays.
I can focus my attention on Valentine's Day.
This year I want to prepare a delicious meal
for my Significant Other. This meal will
include nice wine and healthy sized entree
and dessert. I am still planning my menu.
