I usually try to combine traditional and religious  Christmas crafts in  my Christmas decorations every year.  I spend most of the month of  October  browsing online Christmas catalogs, social media,  and videos looking for Christmas project ideas. I had began looking at religious items when I saw drawings of Nativity scenes mounted on music  sheets. The music sheets had lyrics to religious Christmas songs.  I searched on my Mom's book shelf looking for old hymn books . There were none among her books. She suddenly recalled that she had loaned her hymn book to friend. I wondered if my collection of Bible  Word   Search puzzle books had puzzles about The Birth Of Jesus . I found two puzzle pages   that might   suffice. One puzzle was about Mother  Mary and   the other was about Choir of Angels . Here are my project details: NEED: Nativity Scene Drawing or Nativity Coloring Page. Music Sheet of Christmas ...

My Mom.and I love Cardinal birds . We are not surprised that the Cardinal is the most selected state bird . Years ago, I mostly saw them in the winter. Most paintings and pictures show them surrounded by snow. Now I see them in my neighborhood weekly. I have watched them steal my Chow Chow dog 's food out of her dog bowl. Missy's dog food Glue ,a combo of chicken, beef,  and liver nuggets. The Cardinals favored the chicken flavor. I have done several crafts using  faux  Cardinal birds. My local Dollar   Store  included faux Cardinal birds with their Christmas displays. I buy a few every year. My Mom have a couple perched on the shelf in her kitchen. I display Cardinals and candles in my family room window during the  Christmas  Holiday.   I am  continuing to hunt for ideas for  future  Christmas  projects. The Dollar Store continues to add new stock of Christmas  items each week.  They seem to have the  same boring Christmas ornaments and figurines each  year.   I no longer live near popular Craft stores.  I am  forced   to be creative with the traditional items.   Driving forty miles to get fancy Christmas decor isn't an option for me.  I was fortunate to find two types of snow globes . I don't like the round ball shaped snow globes. I decided to see what I could do with the slender shaped globes. There were a few items available that were small enough   to fit inside them. Here are the details for my snow globe project: CHRISTMAS SNOW GLOBE WITH BOOTS: NEED: 1-Snow Globe: 3.58"L x 3.35"W x 2.09"H Christmas Foam Scatter ( Boots, Trees, Snow Flakes),  20 Count Mini Glitter Bows: Red & Green: 12 Count White Christmas Ribbon wi...

The water bottle caps could be made   into planters and bowls . A lot of them were  painted and used as embellishments. I was inspired by the craft that used the bottle caps to embellish a wreath.
