SENIOR LADY: CHRISTMAS PROJECTS! # 5
I am continuing to hunt for ideas for future Christmas
projects. The Dollar Store continues to add new stock
of Christmas items each week. They seem to have the
same boring Christmas ornaments and figurines each
year. I no longer live near popular Craft stores. I am
forced to be creative with the traditional items.
Driving forty miles to get fancy Christmas decor isn't
an option for me. I was fortunate to find two types of
snow globes. I don't like the round ball shaped snow
globes. I decided to see what I could do with the slender
shaped globes. There were a few items available that
were small enough to fit inside them.
Here are the details for my snow globe project:

INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove to red boots from package of foam scatter pieces. Cut ( 2 ) 7 inch pieces of plaid ribbon to wrap around top portion of the pair boots.
Remove bottom lid from the snow globe. Fill the inside
of the lid with glue. Sprinkle generous amount snow on
top of the glue. Add glue to bottom of the boots. Firmly
press both pairs of boots in the snow. Let glue set on
the snow & boots. Screw the globe on the top of the
lid. Make sure boots don't shift position when globe
is reassembled.
