Ah, the Sixties, when the ponytail was a style that all of us wore often.The ponytail has been updated and revamped many times. One thing for sure this style will always be around. It is versatile and can used to look classy for evening out or casual on a "Bad Hair Day". The question for the senior lady is when style of ponytail is appropriate. We do not want to look like a young girl or a teenager. I have seen older women that wear ponytails on every occasion. I would hate to see a senior lady at a funeral or a black tie affair with a messy ponytail held by a rubber band! Some styles of ponys are meant to be casual.
