I have always loved painted fingernails. 
I tried going to the nail salons. I paid a fancy dollar for pretty nail art. I always needed a fill-in when my budget was in
a bind.

I became a busy soccer mom. I had 
to drop the nail salon visits.  I saw 
one of my old college friends.  She
had the prettiest nails. She told me 
she did her own nails. She gave me 
a lesson in Nail Art 101. I must say 
I do nice simple nail art.

 I love to do seasonal nail art. 
I think Valentine's Day is the
best time to do nail art. You
can be so creative with all of
the pink and red shades nail 
polish. I am sharing some of

  I didn't want to acknowledge that I was  getting older.I got offended when store clerks said, Yes ma'am".  I realized that age 40 was old to most young people. SPANISH LLADRO ANGEL FIGURINES SENIOR MOMENT COLLECTIBLES (SMC) I began collecting angels after  I saw an article in the guide post  magazine. The lady had a picture of her angel collection on the first page. I thought this was a great  hobby. Now I have three curio cabinets full of angels. My husband realized I was  a serious about my angel collection. He began buying me beautiful angels for my Christmas present.  He even  bought me the curio cabinets to put them in.  I even had friends who collected  frogs, elephants, penguins, and sock monkeys. We helped each  other hunt for collectibles.Some of them bought me angels when  they traveled overseas. I have   beautiful angels from Africa and Hawaii because of my traveling friends. MY TIPS FOR COLLECTING: * Do research on the Internet for list of items people collect * Choose one item that interest you.  Some people do theme collecting like vintage toy

I love wearing jeans. They are  more enjoyable when they fit well. They flatter your figure. I am very envious when I see  a classy senior lady looking good in her denim outfit. I  have seen that crisp white  shirt, flattering jeans and a nice pair of boots. I was inspired to put more effort  into my attire after I saw a jeans show on Rachel Ray show.  Her guest explained that you have to find the correct jeans for your  body type.  I know they make  skinny jeans to fit every woman, but I must pass on this style.
