MY FIRST NAME CLOUD


I was looking on one of my friend's Facebook page when I noticed  that she  was  showing her name cloud design.She did a great job with her first name cloud.I was beginning to think that  this name cloud website must be fascinating. I looked  up  the website and I realized designing the name clouds was not too complicated for this old lady.


I downloaded the program. I have been sending
name clouds to my friends all week.I figured that
a lot of mothers  would  love to receive a special
name cloud for Mother's Day.  Please look at the
name clouds I am sending on Mother's Day. You
are welcome to use any of them.

Ah, the Sixties, when the ponytail was a style that all of us wore often.The ponytail has been updated and revamped many times. RAINWATER MAKES IT GROW!

I have been gardening for over 20 years. I'll admit I learned some secrets through trial and error. My neighbor had a large garden in his backyard. Some years he had a very good yield. He would muddle over why his yield each year wasn't  consistent. I finally figured out why his yield  was inconsistent. God's rainwater had to be plentiful in order for me to have a great yield  in my flower and vegetable garden. My yield was poor when there was a summer drought. No amount of city water from my garden  hose improved my yield. Organic soil and organic fertilizer didn't guarantee that I would have a bounty of flowers and vegetables. The combination of lots of  rain water, organic soil and organic  fertilizer boosted my yield. My state hasn't experienced a  drought  this summer.   I used to laugh at my mother when she said that dresses were cooler than shorts in the summer. She has gotten the last laugh a lot lately. I guess my mother does know best sometimes. She was right. A dress was cooler to me, especially during a hot flash!! I do not wear sleeveless dresses in the summer without a cover-up.I am like most senior women. I don't like to show my arms.  I have invested in lace shawls, sheer shirts, and linen jackets to use as my cover-ups.
